These terms cover purchases from keepsworth.com, operated by Keepsworth (“we”, “us”). Buying or downloading anything here means you’re okay with them. We’ve kept them in plain language on purpose.

Digital products

Everything we sell is a digital download — PDF files delivered by email and download link immediately after purchase. Nothing is shipped. Download links expire after 24 hours for your security; fresh links are always available at keepsworth.com/resend-files.

Your license

Your purchase buys a personal household license: print as many copies as you need for your own household, forever. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files, or use them commercially. Gifting is lovely — print a copy and gift the printed binder; the files themselves stay with you.

Refunds — the 30-day guarantee

If a product doesn’t bring you calm, tell us within 30 days of purchase — reply to your receipt or email hello@keepsworth.com — and we’ll refund it in full. No questions, no forms, no hoops. (We can see repeat-refund patterns, so please be kind.)

Free lifetime updates

When we improve a product you own, registered owners receive the new edition free by email. Register at keepsworth.com/register. This promise covers new editions of products you’ve purchased; it isn’t transferable.

Not professional advice

Keepsworth products are organizational tools. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or veterinary advice, and they don’t create any professional relationship. For wills, powers of attorney, care decisions, probate, and taxes, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction — our binders are built to make you their best-prepared client.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to what you paid for it. We stand behind the quality of the design and sources; how you fill in, store, and share your binder is in your hands.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date above changes with them, and material changes get a note to registered owners. Questions? hello@keepsworth.com.
