FAQ & support
Good questions, honest answers
Buying & downloads
How do I get my files after purchase?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. The moment payment completes you land on a download page, and the same links arrive by email. Links stay valid for 24 hours — after that, use “resend my files” anytime.
My download links expired — what now?
Go to keepsworth.com/resend-files, enter the email you purchased with, and fresh links will be on their way.
What exactly do I receive?
Three PDF files per product: a US Letter (8.5×11") edition, an A4 edition, and a bonus Ink-Saver edition with a plain white background for everyday home printing. Every product page lists the literal filenames and sizes.
Is there a physical product?
No — everything is an instant digital download you print yourself, at home or at any print shop. That’s what keeps it affordable, instantly delivered, and endlessly reprintable.
What is your refund policy?
A 30-day money-back guarantee on everything: if a binder doesn’t bring you calm, reply to your receipt email or write to us and we’ll refund it, no questions asked.
Printing & assembly
How do I print and assemble a binder?
Print the PDF (the Ink-Saver edition for everyday printing), punch the pages, and pop them into a standard 3-ring binder with tabs. Each binder tells you how many tabs it wants. Cardstock for the cover looks lovely but is entirely optional.
Will it drain my ink?
The included Ink-Saver edition is the same content on a plain white background, designed for exactly this. Print the full-color edition just for the cover and section dividers if you like.
Can I print at a copy shop?
Yes — the PDFs print beautifully at any print shop or online printing service. For binders holding sensitive information, fill in the personal details by hand after printing.
Can I fill it in on my computer instead?
The binders are designed for handwriting — it’s faster to update, works in a power cut, and (honestly) means the binder actually gets filled in. Many owners keep a printed binder as the master and photograph pages for backup.
Trust & the fine print
Is this legal, medical, or financial advice?
No. Keepsworth products are organizational tools. For wills, care decisions, taxes, and anything with legal weight, the binders point you to the right licensed professional — and make you the organized client they love.
Where does the guidance come from?
Every binder is built on cited public guidance — FEMA, Ready.gov, CDC, NIH, the National Institute on Aging, IRS Publication 559 — and carries its own Sources & Standards page listing exactly what informed each section.
Is it safe to write down account information?
The pages are designed security-conscious: password hints rather than passwords, last-4-digits only for account numbers, and an Access Map that helps you decide who can see what.
Can I share my files?
Print as many copies as you need for your own household. The files themselves are for personal use only — please don’t resell or redistribute them.
How do free lifetime updates work?
Register at keepsworth.com/register and every improved edition of your product is emailed to you free, forever. It’s the promise printed inside every binder.
